Parsippany Child Day Care Center is a licensed, non-profit, child care and early learning center that has been serving the local community for almost 50 years.
The mission of Parsippany Child Day Care Center is to provide quality, affordable child care and education for children of families living and working in the area, while respecting their diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and empowering children to develop and learn at their own pace in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our philosophy is to encourage each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe, stimulating environment that encompasses school, home and community. We believe that children learn at their own rate through observation, exploration, and positive interaction with peers and adults.
Our ServicesOur center provides quality child care and early childhood education for children ages
6 weeks to 6 years. We nurture each child's physical, social, and emotional, and cognitive development.
We provide a full range of educational activities throughout the day including supervised free play, group time, projects, outdoor play, naptime, stories, etc.

6:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Our facility is open year round.
Children from 6 weeks to

We offer programs of
5 full days, 3 full days, and
5 mornings per week.
We do not offer the morning program for infants.
Tuition discount is offered for full time siblings, Parsippany Township Employees, teachers employed by the Parsippany Board of Education, and Novartis employees.
Fees include nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack, with special attention to dietary needs. We serve organic milk twice a day. The center provides Enfamil Premium Infant Stage 1 Formula along with baby cereal.
The center uses the Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Twos and the Creative Curriculum for Preschoolers.
The infant and toddler curriculum focuses on learning through individual and small group planning. The teachers add to the classroom environment by focusing on activities that tie into the assessment system, that are of interest to the children and support what the children know already.
The preschool curriculum focuses on learning through the extended study of questions in the environment around the children. Teachers supplement provided lesson plans with additional books, activities and supports.
